At OraDivin, each piece is carefully designed and crafted with attention to detail. Many of our items are handmade, custom-created, or limited-edition wearable art pieces. Because of the unique nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

• Item must be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• One-of-a-kind wearable art pieces

• Made-to-order garments

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Digital products or downloadable content

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, a partial refund may be granted for:

• Items returned outside the return window but approved at our discretion

• Items showing minor signs of handling

• Orders with missing original packaging

Exchanges

Due to the limited and unique nature of many OraDivin designs, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. If an exchange is available, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not begun.

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has started.
