Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, special promotions, or high-volume periods.

  • Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items may require additional production time.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Custom & Handmade Items

Many OraDivin products are handcrafted or made-to-order.

Production times for custom and wearable art pieces may range from 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Estimated production timelines will be provided when applicable. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping

OraDivin currently ships throughout the United States.

Standard shipping delivery times generally range from 3–10 business days after an order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by local authorities

OraDivin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

OraDivin is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete address information

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, OraDivin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided.

  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • High shipping volumes

OraDivin is not responsible for delays beyond our control once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number.

  • Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
